We ship to all areas in Saudi Arabia, and GCC through shipping companies
How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within 3-5 days of order confirmation - (outside Saudi Arabia orders)
Order delivery takes 5 days of order confirmation - Delivery might take longer during offers and promotions
Will VAT be added to my order?
No, we will be glad to take over the VAT.
What are shipping methods, and related costs?
Delivery inside Saudi Arabia orders
- Free delivery for orders of 299 Riyals or more
- Shipping charges of 10 SAR applicable
Delivery outside Saudi Arabia orders GCC (UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar)
- for orders less than 299 SAR
- Free delivery for orders of 599 Riyals or more
- Shipping charges of 49 SAR applicable for orders less than 599 SAR
How do I exchange or return an order?
- You shall contact customer service in this regard via (customer service email mentioned below or social media platforms), a return link will be sent to you through SMS, then fill return form and send it back to us.

Do I pay for return/exchange?
- We do not charge additional fees for return / exchange, but an additional 25 SAR (for inside Saudi Arabia orders) or 80 SAR (for outside Saudi Arabia orders) is added for the shipping company's services
In case of exchange or refund in stores, this value is exempted - We will not charge any fees in case of wrong order/item, or receiving items not on original status
